This Privacy Policy aims to provide information on how we collect, store and protect your personal data, including cookies. You will also learn about your rights. Your personal data is processed in order to enable us to contact you to arrange or confirm your visit, answer your questions, provide you with information on your request, e.g. about our services, as well as send you marketing information as part of our newsletter if you have expressly consented to receive it.

  1. On what basis the Administrator may process my personal data?

The Administrator processes your personal data based on specific law:

  • if the processing is necessary to perform the appointment agreement with you (to make a reservation) or to take action at your request before the conclusion of the contract – art. 6, point 1, letter b of the EU general data protection regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) of April 27, 2016  z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 roku on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR),
  • when you are asked to consent to the processing of data for the purpose of the newsletter service – art. 6, point 1, letter a of the GDPR,
  • when we have to implement so-called legitimate interests, e.g. acceptance of your inquiry and answering it, reporting information on irregularities in the operation of the Website, dispute resolution, redress, etc. – art. 6, point 1, letter f of the GDPR.
  1. Are my “sensitive personal data” processed on the Website?

As a rule, the Website does not process your sensitive data (based on the GDPR, called personal data of a particular category), however, due to the specificity of the services we provide (including tantric massages, therapeutic sessions, workshops), you may already want to obtain via a contact via the Website specific information through providing information about yourself, including health or sexuality related issues. We advise against providing such information via the contact form, however, by providing such data, you do so by expressly consenting to the processing of your data of a particular category (sensitive data) in order to obtain information affecting the performance of our services.

  1. personal data collected through the registration form stored for the purpose of performing services by the Administrator, i.e. arranging visits, workshops, healing sessions and others. that is, the conclusion of the contract – for the duration of the contract or the redress period provided for by law,
  2. data collected through the contact form in order to obtain information or to contact the Administrator for the time of providing information, no longer than for a period of 1 year from the end of contact.
