FAQ
frequently asked questions
The massage offered on this website is inspired by the tradition of tantric massage and for many people may have a deeply relaxing, emotional, or even spiritual dimension.
At the same time, it should be emphasized that here it is not performed as a spiritual ritual or ceremony. It is a professional service carried out with care, attention to the body, and respect for the client’s comfort and needs.
If you are looking for a more complete, ritualistic, and spiritual tantric massage experience, you are welcome to book via 👉 https://anahatatantra.com
No. The tantric massage offered here is not an erotic massage and is not intended to provide sexual satisfaction or lead to orgasm.
It is a form of bodywork that may support nervous system regulation, reduce tension, and deepen connection with one’s own sensations and emotions. For many people, it is an intense and profound somatic experience.
Touch in tantric massage is varied and often intense, which is why many people perceive the session as a powerful experience that may lead to fatigue afterward. Movements can be both fast and slow, often fluid and enveloping. Vibrational techniques may also be used, especially around the abdomen, chest center, and neck.
Each person may experience these sensations differently. For some they are perfectly balanced, for others intense or subtle. Tantric massage differs from other bodywork methods: it is not Reiki, bioenergy massage, or pranotherapy. At the same time, it is not a pain-based massage like Thai massage.
In some cases, the massage may include work with intimate areas (yoni/lingam mapping). This may involve both external and internal techniques, with varying intensity.
The decision to include it should be fully conscious and voluntary. Clear communication of boundaries is essential.
Although the massage is not intended to create sexual pleasure, the body may respond with physical pleasure. This is a natural reaction, not the goal of the session.
If you are looking for an erotic service, we do not offer such experiences.
No. The massage is performed in a pareo/sarong to maintain focus on the practice and avoid directing attention toward an erotic context.
After a tantric massage, most people feel significantly better than before. The effects may last from a few days to several weeks, and sometimes longer.
A full session (over 3 hours) includes:
-Verbal introduction and explanation (approx. 45–60 min)
-Guided relaxation
-Key elements such as: Acupressure (trigger point work)
-Music therapy
-Aromatherapy
This is not a typical massage parlour. The atmosphere is different.
The massage can be described as a paramedical experience. Many people notice improvements in physical and mental well-being. While not all aspects are medically proven, some mechanisms are explained during the initial consultation.
The response is very individual and depends on your physical and emotional state.
Common experiences include:
-Deep relaxation
-Lightness in the body
-Reduced tension
-Calmness and grounding
Some people may feel tired afterward. This is a natural response.
The massage may also affect emotions, increasing sensitivity, reflection, or improving mood in the following hours or days.
Usually, the massage is received without clothes, but it is not mandatory.
If you feel uncomfortable, you may stay in underwear. Your boundaries are always respected.
In the standard session (“Senses Wide Open”), intimate areas are not the main focus, but gentle contact may occur as part of full-body work.
Work with intimate areas (yoni/lingam mapping) is included only upon clear, conscious, verbal request.
There are also separate sessions (e.g. Kama Marma, Fire Snake Ritual) where this is a core element.
Your boundaries and safety are always the priority and are discussed before the session.
Genital orgasm is not the goal, although it may occasionally happen.
Do not force or suppress reactions, all responses are natural.
If you want the therapist to avoid intimate areas when pleasure arises, communicate this clearly.
Ejaculation is not the goal of tantric massage.
However, if it happens naturally, it is completely normal.
The most important thing is to stay connected with your body without pressure.
The first session usually lasts 2.5 to 3.5 hours and includes:
-Introduction conversation
-Preparation
-Massage
-Short integration talk after
The massage itself lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
The full session is longer to allow proper relaxation and integration.
